What Our Clients Say About Us

"It was very heart warming seeing gifts made in
memory of Sherry though
MARF and
PHLBI by the law
offices of Roger Worthington. I wanted to add my thanks and
appreciation for the work you and RGWPC do in helping those effected
by mesothelioma. For helping people get settlements to help with
everything that goes with mesothelioma but more importantly the work
Roger and everyone associated with RGWPC do for research to
hopefully find a cure for meso and for all the information you have
to offer those facing the battle ahead."
"It
has to be a tough job seeing people go through this time and time
again. I sometimes read the forum at MARF's site and read about
people starting their battle, knowing it will be a tough one. I am
very thankful you gave me the opportunity for and helped me with my
tribute to Sherry, it makes me feel better knowing her story is out
there for people to see. I think she would've liked the idea of her
story helping other people. I know I said it before but I'm glad
Sherry chose such a caring firm as RGWPC, Thanks again, Virgil"

"I
am thankful and delighted for your firm’s
help and would gladly advise anyone else whose family is affected by
Mesothelioma to seek your assistance”.
“Sometimes you have to go with the flow in life, my husband’s
illness was a surprise, but we had to ride it out. Your law firm

"I
am the widow of Fred Bynder
who's life was cut short by this horrific disease. Fred passed away
almost three years ago shortly after we attended the First Annual
Meso Symposium in Las Vegas.
Not a day goes by that I don't miss my beloved husband and I'm still
and probably always will be so angry at those who still turn a blind
eye to this dreadful disease.
I applaud all of you who are still in the fight. Perhaps one day it
will be a disease of the past, however I'm sure that will not be the
case in my lifetime."
Thank you for your good work. I appreciate all the information that
I receive from you."

"On
behalf of all Mesothelioma patients please let me extend my sincerest
gratitude for your generosity and your continued commitment to the fight
against asbestos cancer. As well as I am doing, I nevertheless regard myself
to be vulnerable to a recurrence and therefore dependent upon research for
an ultimate cure of the beast. So from myself and all of my family, please
accept our thanks. And special thanks to your firm for holding the
companies who caused my disease accountable, as well." Klaus Brauch,
age 56, Huntington Beach,
CA, 5 year survivor |

"There is nothing so devastating as
hearing the diagnosis a loved one has meso. It is at such a time a
family needs guidance not only on legal issues but, more
importantly, on methods of treatment. Because Roger Worthington has
witnessed firsthand the suffering of meso victims, he established
and funded MARF--a foundation focusing on finding a cure for this
deadly disease. This has resulted in MARF attracting some of the
most experienced medical authorities in meso treatment. I know of
no other lawyer in America who funds a foundation on his own which,
if successful, would minimize his potential client base. But Roger
recognized a responsibility to meso victims that transcended the
courtroom. As such, while he is an extraordinary advocate for
clients throughout the litigation process, he has also become an
extraordinary advocate, on behalf of all meso victims, within the
halls of Congress as he has sought federal funding for R&D to find
an ultimate cure for meso. No client could ask more of a legal
advocate."
Lt. Col. James Zumwalt,
USMCR, son of Admiral Elmo
Zumwalt, Jr., who
died from meso on
January 2, 2000. |

Roger
Worthington has assisted all along the way from helping me receive
the best medical advice and treatments to ensuring the appropriate

"I can't tell you how much I appreciate
your firm's help with the medical side of my case! It's something I
never would have expected from a legal firm. You folks are a true

"If not for Mr. Worthington and his
website my sister would not be alive
today. It was Mr. Worthington that helped my sister find Dr. Taub."

"When
John was
diagnosed, our doctors told us he had two months to live. We were
devastated. They had given up on us. Then I met Roger Worthington. He
knew more about mesothelioma than our doctors. His office helped educate
us about our options and gave us what we needed most -- hope. Thanks to
Roger, we found a world class surgeon and scientist who has been a
godsend. John is now on a novel treatment plan that allows him to
travel, laugh, feel useful and play with his two daughters."

"Had
I not searched the Internet and stumbled across your site and had
your offices contacted me I don't know where we would have
been----you guys were a God Send. Your office knew so much about the
disease. You guys do wonderful work." Laurie MacDonald-Treiber,

"My job is to direct the
patients to where there is meaningful data.
I refer them to www.mesothel.com for patients' stories because one of the most
frequent questions I get asked is, "How is this to go through? How
difficult is this? What is it like? What do I expect?" I tell them if
they want testimonials of patients going through different treatment
options, that is the only website on the web that has a number of
different testimonials, detailed stories about what I went through to
get to this point of different types of treatment, not just my type but
every type of treatment. This is the only website I have found that
gives information that is relevant to patient treatment."
Dr. Robert Cameron,
in his testimony in the
Albert Bercher vs. ALFA LAVAL, INC., et
al. Wednesday, September 13, 2006. For the County
of Los Angeles, Department 53.
|
| More than thirty-five law firms
endorse Dr. Cameron’s expertise on their websites. We are
pleased to have earned the respect of doctors such as Dr.
Cameron and will continue to provide meso patients with the
medical information they need to make informed decisions. |

The following is in response to an email posted
on the Association of Cancer Online Resources,
December 3, 2004 regarding
the
Mesothelioma Applied Research
Foundation ( www.marf.org ) |
|
... MARF is
devoted to finding a cure for mesothelioma. It is the only research
center of its kind. It was founded by Roger Worthington who put I
believe the amount was 7 1/2 million dollars
(sic) of his own money and much more since.
He is the most wonderful person I have ever had the privilege of
spending a little time with and Chris Hahn likewise. Chris is the
executive director. You will
not find a nicer person anywhere and sweeter.
These two men have
dedicated themselves to eradicating mesothelioma and are very serious
about their goal. My husband has meso and we live in Alabama. MARF
connected us with the only Dr. in the southeast that is a member of
MARF and we truly love him and my husband has done wonderful under his
care.
